Kenny & Trish Morales, of Glendale, Arizona USA bought this sedan from R.C. & Barb Leach. When the Leach's purchased this litle beauty a few years back, it had no engine and the front end had suffered a bit of damage. A previous owner had driven it into a pole and thought the engine was ruined and, for some reason, took it out. RC & Barb had a friend who was replacing the engine in a 49 coupe with a big Chev V8 so they got a good deal on a P18 engine with a split manifold (otherwise stock). As you can see, the front end damage was extensive but they have repaired it and buffed out the rest of the car - a big improvement. The interior has also been redone and is quite handsome. Just the thing for cruising Central in Phoenix. Kenny & Trish - you have good taste!!
