Out west, in Utah, Mopars earlier than the "muscle car" years are pretty scarce. After showing our blue coupe "Lucy 2" for a number of years, often the only Mopar there, we decided that Lucy needed company, thus we began our search for a "sister".

There she sat, looking forlorn with her cracked windshield, dented stainless trim, rusted out floor, mouse nests and shabby remains of a long-ago paint job. You would have to be an optimist to see a thing of beauty in this heap. She did have new brand tires on her, plus the owner had kept them up to pressure. He had also parked her on a couple of long 2x12's to keep them off the ground. In addition, wonder of wonders, she ran well enough that we were able to drive her onto a trailer for the 60 mile ride to her new home.
