There is no more enjoyable part of a restoration project than when you get to the final stages where you add the extra touches that really set the project off. Some of these activities take place in earlier stages.
I will show a few of the finer details of Boop's Coupe on this page, including the artwork created by my Grand-daughter Jennifer Ward and transferred to the car by Jerry Pitts. Jerry also did the pinstriping.

The above views, showing the interior of the drivers side wheel well, show the quality of work that we tried to achieve in this project. We made a number of mistakes and didn't reach our goal many times - but we tried. Hey, a blind man on horseback at a full gallop will think it is just fine.

Above - Lesson learned - don't paint the horn "bells" - it dampens the sound.
Above right - Mounting the heater motor is a real chore!
Lower Right - There's no sense in letting scrap carpet go to waste. Keep the "grain" of the carpet consistent, tuck it in when possible and use a little contact cement to hold it in place. Only one piece had to be bound. The results are pretty nice.
