Our thanks to John Smeltzer for most of these views of 1952 dashboards.

Neil Riddle, of the "Old Plymouth Cafe" provides the following information regarding 1951 & 1952 dashboards:

1951: has grey woodgrain dash panel (except convert & suburban - painted, unless 'Savoy' suburban model)

1952: has grey metallic paint - (except for hardtop, convertible and suburban - painted interior or body color - lots of variations).

Gauges -
1951 has grey with white numbers
1952 has silver with red & black markings (same as 53-54)

Handbrake handles -
chrome on cheaper models (P22)
ivory plastic like window crank knobs (P23)
